The venue

Sip Haus was turning from a tea and hookah lounge into a full bar, with a new liquor license, a new operator and a 350-person room. On busy nights the bar got swamped, the old website didn't match the room, and the owner wanted a long-term vision for the space.

The tech they never see

Behind the scenes, the site is a complete hand-built HTML website: fast, crawlable, set up for search and indexed on Google. We handle the technical work owners don't want to think about, like hosting, security, updates and keeping every page current.

Where it stands

Table ordering took pressure off the bar during the busiest hours, and the owner says guests loved it. The website and the club deck concepts keep evolving as Sip Haus grows.

What we built

  • A completely redesigned website at siphaus.org and siphausatx.com, designed from the ground up with no templates
  • QR menus printed for every table, linked to the venue's POS so orders print in real time at the front register
  • Pay-from-your-phone ordering, tested and debugged live in the venue until it ran smoothly
  • Architectural concept floor plans, DJ booth and VIP stage blueprints, and sightline studies for a future club deck
  • Concept renders, sketches and mood boards for an indoor-outdoor Persian garden club
  • Table tents and drink menu concepts for the new bar program
Real data from Google Search Console

Top Google searches over the last 3 months. "hookah lounge" is a search with no brand name in it, which means new guests are finding Sip Haus while looking for a place to go.

Real photos from inside the venue

In the room, not just online.

Every table has its own QR code. Guests scan, order and pay from their phones, and the order prints at the front register. Before, the table tent only showed a menu. After, every table has its own scan, order and pay code, designed to match the brand.
